Our story
SUNITA & ABHIRAJ ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED is a construction firm in Patna. Working since 2024, the team handles projects end to end — planning and estimation, material selection, execution on site, and handover — with one person accountable to the client throughout.
The approach is simple: agree the scope and cost in writing, keep the site supervised, and finish on the date that was promised. Most of our work comes from clients who have worked with us before, or were referred by someone who has.
How we work

Site visit & discussion
We visit the site, understand what you want to build and what you want to spend.

Drawings & estimate
You receive drawings and an itemised BOQ. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.

Agreement & schedule
Scope, cost, payment stages and completion date are fixed in a written agreement.

Execution & supervision
Work begins with a supervisor on site daily and material checked as it arrives.

Stage-wise updates
You are billed and updated stage by stage, so you always know what has been done.

Handover
Final finishing, cleaning, snag list closure and handover with all bills in order.
